GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS

1-) ECUREVS: EcuRevs company is registered with the BTK institution of the Republic of Turkey.

2-)CUSTOMER:Anyone who has used any of EcuRevs services or accepted agreements.

3-)CONSUMER:People who are directly or indirectly affected by ECUREVS services or have been affected before.

4-) BUSINESS CUSTOMER OR INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMER:legal entities or all non-consumer customers

5-)SERVICES :All EcuRevs studies

6-) FILES: Chip Tuning files created upon request by EcuRevs.

7-)PRODUCT:All items owned or sold by EcuRevs

8-)SLAVE TOOLS:Tools connected to the EcuRevs system.

9-) CREDIT:A virtual currency created and priced by EcuRevs.

*From now on, any type of customer or any type of consumer will be referred to as a customer.

VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Unless EcuRevs claims otherwise, the general terms and conditions apply absolutely and unconditionally at all times and to everyone.

EcuRevs has the right to change the general terms and conditions or any other agreements at any time without notice.

If customers, consumers, legal entities or business customers are found to have violated these terms, they will be banned indefinitely, without refund, even if there is credit in their account. EcuRevs' rights are protected by country laws.

If one of our members or someone affected by our services affects another person, that person is also deemed to have accepted the agreements.

OFFERS, INFORMATIONS AND CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT

EcuRevs may cancel or change offers or statements at any time without notice or reason.

Contracts become valid after approval and are deemed to have been accepted if the other party is affected by EcuRevs services.

EcuRevs infrastructure has been tried to be created with great care and professionalism. However, if there is an error or if it occurs later, EcuRevs is not responsible for any damages that may have arisen or may arise and may change or terminate the contracts as it wishes without notice.  

EcuRevs takes as much precaution as possible against possible attacks. It also uses the PayPal payment service, which is stated to be secure. EcuRevs is not responsible for any possible financial loss or damage. Contracts may be terminated or modified at any time only by EcuRevs

In providing tailored services to its users, EcuRevs does so based on information provided by any type of customer or each type of consumer, and such information provided is deemed to be accurate, which is the sole responsibility of each type of consumer or each type of consumer only.

EcuRevs does not accept any material or moral responsibility for any problems thought to be related to EcuRevs.

EcuRevs will never pay compensation in any adverse event

EcuRevs does not have to do any research with the requested files

EcuRevs does not have to test the requested files.

Parts not specified in this agreement cannot be used against EcuRevs.

PRICES

The price of products and services is stated in Euros or credits

EcuRevs has the right to change prices at any time.

When the customer or consumer connects the slave device to our system but later wants to remove it from our system, there will be no refund and the cost of the gift credits, if any, must be paid.

REMOTE PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

Delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and any extra fees that may arise are also the responsibility of the buyer. The customer must accept the service or product he receives. In case of a possible problem, EcuRevs will try to support as much as it can.

METHOD AND DELIVERY OF FILES

EcuRevs can only analyze files read by the devices it specifies

Delay in delivery will not put EcuRevs in a negative light

If the file received by EcuRevs is incorrect or uneditable, EcuRevs will restore the credit deducted from the customer or consumer account.

If the information provided by the customer or consumer is incomplete or incorrect, the damage will be borne by the customer or consumer.

Additionally, if the customer does not want to cooperate, EcuRevs can cancel the process without refund.

PAYMENTS

Credit prices quoted include taxes

If the customer does not pay the debt, EcuRevs may initiate legal proceedings.

If EcuRevs does not receive the fee it is entitled to, it has the right to cancel services or credits.

Expenses, if any, are first deducted from the fees to be paid by the customer, and then the service fee is deducted.

CREDIT SYSTEM

Once purchased, credits cannot be converted into cash and are non-refundable; unless the customer puts EcuRevs in harm's way, the credit deducted from the account will be added back in some accidental cases that require a refund.

LOGIN DETAILS

The customer is responsible for his/her own account, security, balance or management of his/her account by someone else or by himself/herself.

Website visitors are responsible for their own network security

In order to prevent possible damages, the customer is obliged to inform EcuRevs in dangerous situations.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

This software has been carefully prepared by KiviTasarım, but the software and intellectual property rights belong to EcuRevs.

EcuRevs only grants one license per tool, granting a license to the customer does not grant the customer any intellectual property rights.

**No customer or consumer may copy, reproduce, sell, share, edit or make available to the public any product or any software provided by EcuRevs without the permission of EcuRevs Company. If customers or consumers violate the above-mentioned rights or intellectual property rights are violated, EcuRevs will exercise its legal rights and demand compensation for the damage suffered. Additionally, in such a case, EcuRevs has the right to terminate, change or suspend the agreement.

If customers or consumers violate these articles, a fine of 3000 euros and 600 euros for every 24 hours that the violation continues will also be imposed. EcuRevs is entitled to compensation for all damages and, in addition, compensation from persons who violate the clauses.

Each file is intended for one-time use.

GUARANTEE

It is the customer's responsibility to check the EcuRevs chip tuning files and load them correctly into the vehicle. EcuRevs is not responsible for any problems thought to be related to the Chip Tuning process.

After Chip Tuning, EcuRevs is ready to provide support in case of the slightest problem, whether it is related to this process or not, and in appropriate cases, a file can be prepared again for the problems experienced by customers. EcuRevs may provide gift credit for customer satisfaction, even if it is not related to EcuRevs.

In some countries, the use of the software may be prohibited in some cases. Additionally, some vehicle manufacturers may cancel the warranty entirely or only cancel the warranty of the relevant units. The client or consumer acknowledges that any use of the files is at his/her own risk.

In addition, customers or consumers are responsible for the suitability of the file they request for their vehicle.

In addition, it is the responsibility of the customer or consumer to apply the necessary modifications to their vehicle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

EcuRevs is never responsible for any damages such as fines, possible warranty cancellation, possible damages, loss of profit, traffic ban etc.

EcuRevs Company is not responsible for situations such as problems with chip tuning, errors in software and devices provided by the customer, customer damage to vehicles or devices while uploading the file, customer providing incomplete or incorrect information, possible warranty cancellation or cancellation of the warranty of the engine unit or a related unit.

BASIS OF APPLICABLE LAWS

Protection of all rights and contracts are subject only to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of possible disputes or problems, the Turkish Judicial Court is appealed and the decision is made in accordance with Turkish Law.
