The price of products and services is stated in Euros or credits.
Prices include taxes.
EcuRevs has the right to change prices at any time.
If the customer or consumer wants to connect the slave device to our system and then remove it from our system, no refund will be given and the gift credit fee, if any, must be paid.

EcuRevs can only analyze files read by the devices it specifies
Delay in delivery will not prejudice EcuRevs.
If the file received by EcuRevs is incorrect or uneditable, EcuRevs will restore the credit deducted from the customer or consumer account.
If the information provided by the customer or consumer is incomplete or incorrect, the damage will belong to the customer or consumer.
Additionally, if the customer does not want to cooperate, EcuRevs can cancel the transaction without a refund.

If the customer does not pay the debt, EcuRevs may take legal action.
EcuRevs has the right to cancel services or credits if it does not receive the compensation it deserves.
The service fee is deducted after the expenses, if any, are first deducted from the fee to be paid by the customer.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded once purchased; Unless the customer damages EcuRevs, in some accidental cases requiring a refund, the credit deducted from the account will be added back.
